To register and maintain an Account on the ace66 Platform, you must satisfy and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
ace66 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. KYC identity verification — including government-issued photo ID — is required before processing any withdrawal. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be permanently suspended and all associated funds will be handled in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
Upon completing registration, you are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information. Any material inaccuracy or omission in the information provided at registration may result in Account suspension pending verification, or permanent termination if the inaccuracy is found to be intentional or fraudulent.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ace66 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify ace66 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. ace66 reserves the right to suspend an Account where unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all Players and is strongly recommended. ace66 assumes no responsibility for losses incurred on Accounts where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Player.
ace66 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed within the Platform's cashier interface at the time of transaction. ace66 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits without prior notice.
All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may have their withdrawals delayed or suspended until verification is concluded. Processing times are as follows (indicative, not guaranteed):

ace66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering concerns, or irregularity is suspected. Players who are unable to provide satisfactory documentation may have their withdrawal requests declined and their Accounts reviewed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ace66.
Any unauthorised use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace66, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ace66 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or suitability for any particular purpose.
ace66's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ℹ️ Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ace66's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Voluntary Closure: A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting ace66 customer support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ace66 will process the closure and return any eligible real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) within a reasonable timeframe.
Suspension by ace66: ace66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms or Prohibited Conduct), ace66 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where fraud, chargebacks, or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ace66's international gaming licence is held.
Any dispute between a Player and ace66 that cannot be resolved informally through the customer support channels shall be submitted to binding arbitration. ace66 will communicate the relevant arbitration procedures to the Player at the time any formal dispute is raised.
